Incline Marketing Executives is hiring a Brand Engagement & Marketing Assistant in Pittsburgh, PA.

In this role, you’ll help bridge the gap between nationally recognized brands and their customers through personalized, relationship-driven experiences.

This is not a telemarketing or call center position. This role focuses on direct, in-person marketing, promotions, and sales , making it ideal for individuals interested in growing their careers in marketing, communications, or customer-facing sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and promote products and services directly to customers in retail and event settings
• Provide exceptional customer service while guiding customers through the sales process
• Execute promotional marketing campaigns and represent brand messaging professionally
• Work collaboratively with team members and client partners to improve campaign performance
• Support and mentor new team members through hands-on training and knowledge sharing

What We’re Looking For

• Entry-level candidates with strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
• Background in marketing, customer service, communications, or sales is a plus (not required)
• Ability to work onsite daily in the Pittsburgh, PA area
• Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
• Available to start within 1–2 weeks if selected
